Terra Scaniae's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kent Gunnarsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute Kent Gunnarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Tunberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Terra Scaniae booed when SKALMANSFIRMA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Jonsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, SKALMANSFIRMA's goal looked a bit too open when Frans Hedling came free, but Alfred Tunberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agne Mager lost his temper 28 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. Alfred Tunberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Terra Scaniae. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kent Gunnarsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Oscar Näfver took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Alfred Tunberg to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Näfver got free with Alfred Tunberg in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Terra Scaniae's Khodadad Khan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Lövgren in the 65th minute of play. After 68 minutes of play, SKALMANSFIRMA's Bertil Lövgren made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Khodadad Khan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rdth minute of the game Bertil Lövgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Terra Scaniae's Khodadad Khan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bertil Lövgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khodadad Khan having to interfere. After having played for 78 minutes, Bertil Lövgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Terra Scaniae's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
