Jens-Ove Wahlnäs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Hydén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Bocklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Kjell-Arne Fagerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentin Wassenius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ove Wahlnäs having to interfere. Kjell-Arne Fagerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Bocklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Wassenius was the one to do the kick off. Valentin Wassenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 54 in the game by Kevin Hydén from a close distance when the talented Jens-Ove Wahlnäs managed to make a qualified save. Abborrträsk IK's players were relieved. In the 68th match minute, Santiagowanderes ifk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Hydén to maneuver through the defense. Fabian Flinck scored 2-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kjell-Arne Fagerberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute of the match Verner Mickelsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kjell-Arne Fagerberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Abborrträsk IK's zone, Valentin Wassenius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Ove Wahlnäs came out of the goal and Valentin Wassenius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kevin Hydén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Santiagowanderes ifk getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Hannes Glad hit a great ball. Björn Wiberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute, Fabian Flinck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Abborrträsk IK getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Abborrträsk IK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Santiagowanderes ifk had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
