The referee ignored Goa Gubbar FC's protests and gave Bernt Brandin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Goa Gubbar FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Bernt Brandin hit a great ball. Robin Lindgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute Carl Bengtsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rasmus Wållander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Goa Gubbar FC's Brian Linqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Goa Gubbar FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Bengtsson in the 22nd minute of play forced Ängens BK's goalkeeper Rasmus Wållander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Robin Lindgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ängens BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Robin Lindgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brian Linqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Goa Gubbar FC booed when Ängens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egon Zander didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Wallgren in the 46th minute of play forced Ängens BK's goalkeeper Rasmus Wållander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Goa Gubbar FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gunnar Wallgren made a kick off. Ängens BK's Rasmus Wållander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Bengtsson in the 52nd minute of play. Brian Linqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Apelquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the game, Robin Lindgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Brian Linqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Brian Linqvist came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Ängens BK's Robin Lindgren. But to his dismay, Robin Lindgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Rasmus Wållander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Wallgren in the 73rd minute of play. Egon Zander kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, Sven-Åke Jonasson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ängens BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goa Gubbar FC the free kick. Sven-Åke Jonasson hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When Andreas Offendahl came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Ängens BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Offendahl couldn't finish the play. Robin Lindgren hit a great ball. Fredric Kråk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rasmus Wållander having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Goa Gubbar FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
