With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cobi Bryant in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rune Bergvall saved Gunners FC from getting behind. Jakob Godholm, 19 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 23 played minutes Fc Mybach got a freekick which was hit by Patric Sjöberg. After having played for 24 minutes, Jens Uter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gunners FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens Uter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingvar Thidén in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rune Bergvall saved Gunners FC from getting behind. Rune Bergvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo-Erik Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute of the match Morgan Backlund shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stig-Ove Offendahl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jens Uter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stig-Ove Offendahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Finman in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Fc Mybach's goal looked a bit too open when Jens Uter came free, but Stig-Ove Offendahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo-Erik Ivarsson in the 47th minute of play forced Gunners FC's goalkeeper Rune Bergvall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Fc Mybach were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Stig-Ove Offendahl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roy Finman's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. In the 52nd match minute, Fc Mybach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig Arvidsson to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Gunners FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Tom Svanberg hit a great ball. After 57 minutes of play, Gunners FC's Roy Finman made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rune Bergvall made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ingvar Thidén in the 63rd minute. In the 64th match minute, Fc Mybach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Granqvist to maneuver through the defense. Stig-Ove Offendahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Finman in the 65th minute of the match. Fc Mybach's Stig-Ove Offendahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Finman in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute Roy Finman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig-Ove Offendahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Jens Uter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stig-Ove Offendahl. Fc Mybach's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens Uter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingvar Thidén got free with Rune Bergvall in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the game, Patric Sjöberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Mybach's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gunners FC the free kick. Patric Sjöberg hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match.
