Gunnar Wallgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens-Ove Wahlnäs. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gunnar Wallgren ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petter Salkvist in the 8th minute of play forced Abborrträsk IK's goalkeeper Jens-Ove Wahlnäs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björn Wiberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Brian Linqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Bocklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Linqvist having to interfere. In the 13th minute, David Bocklund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jens-Ove Wahlnäs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petter Salkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 18 minutes, Gunnar Wallgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goa Gubbar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunnar Wallgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th minute, Jens-Åke Qvalfeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 minutes of play, Abborrträsk IK's Björn Wiberg made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brian Linqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! The throw-in from Kasper Löfkvist in the 30th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Goa Gubbar FC's Oskar Friberger. With 31 minutes on the clock, Ingvar Biörk commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 31 minutes into the game, one of Abborrträsk IK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Goa Gubbar FC. Carl Bengtsson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jens-Ove Wahlnäs. 1-1. 38 minutes into the game, Isak Pihl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Goa Gubbar FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Abborrträsk IK the free kick. After 38 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Goa Gubbar FC! Goa Gubbar FC:s Brian Linqvist showed great skill when he stopped Jimmie Alrot:s penalty. Jens-Ove Wahlnäs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunnar Wallgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 52nd minute Björn Wiberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Linqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oskar Friberger's late challenge caught a Abborrträsk IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oskar Friberger helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 59 minutes, Gunnar Wallgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abborrträsk IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goa Gubbar FC the free kick. In the 63rd match minute, Abborrträsk IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Flinck to maneuver through the defense. If Petter Salkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, Björn Wiberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brian Linqvist. Goa Gubbar FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Björn Wiberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.
