Spectators: 7329 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Malcolm Nordlund started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute of the game Fredric Wassenius made a throw-in which Mark Nordkvist played forward. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Egon Blomqvist in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lino Cisco saved FC Vitteryd from getting behind. Robin Wikander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Nordlund in the 5th minute of play. Rickard Snäll who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Robin Wikander when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Egon Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robin Wikander made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Rickard Snäll sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jan-Erik Ståhlman during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Jan-Erik Ståhlman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robin Wikander was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rickard Snäll showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. Robin Wikander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Nordlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 25th minute, Jan-Erik Ståhlman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Vitteryd's Lino Cisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egon Blomqvist in the 28th minute of play. Lino Cisco came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by AS Roma's Mark Nordkvist. But to his dismay, Mark Nordkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When AS Roma's Egon Blomqvist in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Vitteryd's goalie prevented a goal. Lino Cisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Nordkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 40th play minute Rickard Snäll came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Robin Wikander. 2-1. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Robin Wikander successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. AS Roma's Jan-Erik Ståhlman got his second yellow card of the match in the 46th minute. The referee ordered Jan-Erik Ståhlman off the ground. Jan-Erik Ståhlman hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Egon Blomqvist to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, AS Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Mateo came free, but Robin Wikander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 53 minutes of play, FC Vitteryd's Malcolm Nordlund made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robin Wikander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Richard Brenner made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Vitteryd's Lennart Galle. When FC Vitteryd's Rickard Snäll in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sonny Stigsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lino Cisco. FC Vitteryd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Rickard Snäll had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin Wikander. AS Roma's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rickard Snäll was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Malcolm Nordlund kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Egon Blomqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in FC Vitteryd's zone, Mark Nordkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lino Cisco came out of the goal and Mark Nordkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute Malcolm Nordlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Wikander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Rickard Snäll had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin Wikander. AS Roma's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rickard Snäll was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. In the 83rd minute Simon Anselius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Wikander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egon Blomqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Gösta Clementsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robin Wikander was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 90thth minute of the game Egon Blomqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Vitteryd's Lino Cisco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Egon Blomqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lino Cisco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Egon Blomqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Vitteryd fans cheered their team off the field, for while AS Roma had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
