An unexpectedly hard shot by Egon Blomqvist in the 22nd minute of play forced Sörberge's goalkeeper Tomas Kielberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, AS Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Elof Björkdal came free, but Robin Wikander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Mark Nordkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Kielberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincent Ekström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robin Wikander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilhelm Lundqvist went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Birger Brandt charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Birger Brandt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elof Björkdal kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the match Sonny Stigsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tomas Kielberg skillfully saved the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Vincent Ekström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Robin Wikander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilhelm Lundqvist in the 93rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Elof Björkdal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sörberge's supporters rose to their feet, but Elof Björkdal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robin Wikander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 98th match minute, Sörberge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Ekström to maneuver through the defense.
