Tyskbo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Finspång FF the free kick. After 6 played minutes Tyskbo FC got a freekick which was hit by Algot Benet. Stig Ekeroth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute, Torbjörn Vestlund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vilhelm Lustig was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Tyskbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Vestlund came free, but Vilhelm Lustig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 19 minutes into the game, when Mustafa Serkut put in a rough tackle. In the 19th minute, one of Tyskbo FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tyskbo FC. Ramón Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Browald having to interfere. After 34 minutes of play, Finspång FF's Torbjörn Vestlund made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vilhelm Lustig was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vilhelm Lustig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Vestlund in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramón Valle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Stig Ekeroth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Lustig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Finspång FF getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Stig Ekeroth hit a great ball. The supporters of Finspång FF booed when Tyskbo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eskil Stenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivar Hellgren made in the 65th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ramón Valle immediately put the ball in play. Vilhelm Lustig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjörn Vestlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Vilhelm Lustig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Vestlund in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Finspång FF's Per Myhr nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vilhelm Lustig made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. If Per Myhr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The Tyskbo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vilhelm Lustig should have stopped the shot. Vilhelm Lustig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torbjörn Vestlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Finspång FF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
