Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thor Holmberg got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Erik Brandt in the 3rd minute of play forced Dalby RK's goalkeeper Björn Gallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Johansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Holmberg in the 9th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl-Oskar Lundin got free with Björn Gallin in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the match, Gert Gustavsson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Hera FC's Ingvar Johansson. Ingvar Johansson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. William Hellbom in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Björn Gallin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 26 minutes, Gert Gustavsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dalby RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gert Gustavsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 29 minutes, Fabian Klementsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dalby RK and the Hera FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Dalby RK's Fabian Klementsson got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Thor Holmberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ingvar Johansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gert Gustavsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dalby RK's Björn Gallin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Dalby RK from getting a goal against them. William Hellbom's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Björn Gallin firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Dalby RK fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Dalby RK's Gert Gustavsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 48th minute, Tony Asklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 49 minutes into the match, Hera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Lenberg came free, but Ingvar Johansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Dalby RK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for André Eklund to strike the kick off in the second half. Ingvar Johansson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thor Holmberg went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When Frank Dahlberg fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hera FC's protests and gave Frank Dahlberg a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Hera FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dalby RK:s goal. Karl-Oskar Lundin kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the last second Ingvar Johansson throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gert Gustavsson in the 67thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Per-Erik Brandt charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Erik Brandt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Hera FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Per-Erik Brandt hit a great ball. Thor Holmberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ingvar Johansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thor Holmberg ran back to his position shaking his head. 74 minutes into the match, André Eklund notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Dalby RK's Björn Gallin. Björn Gallin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Dalby RK's Jörgen Lind got a free kick in the 78th minute. Thor Holmberg struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Ingvar Johansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dalby RK. Ingvar Johansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gert Gustavsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Gert Gustavsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ingvar Johansson. That made the score 1-4 in the 89 minute of play. If Thor Holmberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Hera FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dalby RK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
