After a rather tough play, Jocke von Haze BK's Eddie Örtlund got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Jocke von Haze BK's zone, André Eklund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Spets came out of the goal and André Eklund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Spets was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but André Eklund showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Ingvar Johansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pelle Palmquist in the 15th minute of play. Pelle Palmquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hera FC's Ingvar Johansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Nordmark in the 25th minute of play. After 27 played minutes Hera FC got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Oskar Lundin. In the 28th minute, Conny Fridlund sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hera FC's Ingvar Johansson didn't even have to move. Marcus Nordmark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingvar Johansson having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Marcus Nordmark cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ingvar Johansson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Eklund got free with Daniel Spets in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pelle Palmquist struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Ingvar Johansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jocke von Haze BK. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcus Nordmark to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Marcus Nordmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Johansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pelle Palmquist might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ingvar Johansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pelle Palmquist ran back to his position shaking his head. When Marcus Nordmark came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Jocke von Haze BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Nordmark couldn't finish the play. Ingvar Johansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Nordmark in the 68th minute of the match. Daniel Spets made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Eklund in the 69th minute of play. Ingvar Johansson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pelle Palmquist in the 73rd minute. Daniel Spets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Hellbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers André Eklund in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Spets saved Jocke von Haze BK from getting behind. Marcus Nordmark might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ingvar Johansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcus Nordmark ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pelle Palmquist got free with Ingvar Johansson in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcus Nordmark ran back to his position shaking his head. 80 minutes into the match, Jocke von Haze BK's Pelle Palmquist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ingvar Johansson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If André Eklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 90th minute, André Eklund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hera FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Jocke von Haze BK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
