A collision led to FC Krogen Krogen Ålidhem getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Gustaf Falck hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Ragnar Utfal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Alvin Åberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sigvard Hedman. Västra Frölunda IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvin Åberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elliott Kvarnström during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd minute Alvin Åberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigvard Hedman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Krogen Krogen Ålidhem's 孟谦默 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Oskar Fogel in the 31st minute of play. In the 35th minute, FC Krogen Krogen Ålidhem's Inge Hedlund seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Inge Hedlund the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Krogen Krogen Ålidhem protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Inge Hedlund had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 34 minutes into the game, one of FC Krogen Krogen Ålidhem:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 36 minutes FC Krogen Krogen Ålidhem's goalkeeper 孟谦默 managed, with a little bit of luck, save Jon Sigman's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. 孟谦默 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jon Sigman went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Johan Arhenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Krogen Krogen Ålidhem booed when Västra Frölunda IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Erik Pilgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Malcolm Bredberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ragnar Rydelius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 孟谦默 having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Rosen in the 80th minute of play forced FC Krogen Krogen Ålidhem's goalkeeper 孟谦默 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 孟谦默 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kevin Rosen's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. After 82 minutes, Freddie Lund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Krogen Krogen Ålidhem and the Västra Frölunda IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Västra Frölunda IF booed when FC Krogen Krogen Ålidhem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddie Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Krogen Krogen Ålidhem's zone, Kevin Rosen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 孟谦默 came out of the goal and Kevin Rosen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kevin Rosen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. 孟谦默 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Västra Frölunda IF had won after a very even match.
