The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Toarp IF's zone, Axel Ståhlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hans Söderman came out of the goal and Axel Ståhlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7thth minute of the game Ivar Wenerdahl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toarp IF's Hans Söderman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Axel Ståhlberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Toarp IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Ivar Wenerdahl scored to the left of an out of position Hans Söderman, making the score, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Rudolf Stensson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hans Söderman was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rudolf Stensson in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hans Söderman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Axel Ståhlberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hans Söderman. That made the score 3-0 in the 20 minute of play. Rudolf Stensson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Hans Söderman made a huge save. Hans Söderman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Ståhlberg went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Östen Nordin scored 6-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hans Söderman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rudolf Stensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Johan Berg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Biörkman in the 41st minute of the match.

53 minutes into the match, Toarp IF's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Stensson came free, but Hans Söderman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Axel Ståhlberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Hans Söderman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Rudolf Stensson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hans Söderman was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. In the 62nd minute, Rudolf Stensson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFK Bergen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Hans Söderman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivar Wenerdahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 84 played minutes IFK Bergen got a freekick which was hit by Rudolf Stensson. Ivar Wenerdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Ivar Wenerdahl hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Ivar Wenerdahl charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivar Wenerdahl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience was convinced that Rudolf Stensson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hans Söderman was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. IFK Bergen had played much better football throughout.
