In the 10th match minute, Spring & Sparka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Helström to maneuver through the defense. Wilhelm Åkesson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Münir Akdemir showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 15 minute of play. Wilhelm Åkesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Münir Akdemir, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. A collision led to Spring & Sparka getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Verner Bröms hit a great ball. The Spring & Sparka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilhelm Åkesson should have stopped the shot. Spring & Sparka's Wilhelm Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Hug in the 35th minute of play. After 35 minutes, Edvin Söderberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spring & Sparka and the Skene FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 36 played minutes Spring & Sparka got a freekick which was hit by Edvin Söderberg. Ingvar Sjögren's late challenge caught a Skene FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingvar Sjögren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd match minute, Spring & Sparka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Sjögren to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Ferruccio Stella took a quick shot and it went in 8-0 without a chance for Wilhelm Åkesson to make any attempt to save it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elliott Abrahamsson to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Münir Akdemir in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilhelm Åkesson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilhelm Åkesson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leandro Hug went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Wilhelm Åkesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Münir Akdemir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cido Souza in the 57th minute of play forced Spring & Sparka's goalkeeper Wilhelm Åkesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Skene FK's Münir Akdemir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilhelm Åkesson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0.
