Harald Fridlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Björn Pilberg in the 12th minute. Dåsens IF were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after The Green Fairies's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jan Hermansson took the corner. The corner led to Dåsens IF's Dan Björnsson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Folke Skoglund's late challenge caught a Dåsens IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Folke Skoglund helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Folke Skoglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmund Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Mossberg in the 20th minute of play. Harald Fridlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reine Kvalfält's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Jan Hermansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harald Fridlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Edmund Mattsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The penalty shot was made by Jan Hermansson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of The Green Fairies's Harald Fridlund. 3-1.
