Linus Groth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 15 minutes, Karl-Ove Blomkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IFK Göteborg and the Kajsatorpet players grew even worse after the yellow card. Linus Groth came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by IFK Göteborg's Ove Lövkvist. But to his dismay, Ove Lövkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Linus Groth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Lindkvist in the 23rd minute of the match. Christian Wenerdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Larsson in the 24th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Christian Wenerdahl successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Ove Lövkvist fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored IFK Göteborg's protests and gave Ove Lövkvist a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes IFK Göteborg got a freekick which was hit by Ove Lövkvist. Christian Wenerdahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Petersson in the 31st minute of play forced IFK Göteborg's goalkeeper Christian Wenerdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vincent Kilstedt took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christian Wenerdahl. Christian Wenerdahl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 42 minutes into the match, Simon Petersson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Christian Wenerdahl, 4-2.

The wind increased when Ingvar Hellgren made the kick off in the second half. IFK Göteborg's Christian Wenerdahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Larsson in the 52nd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, IFK Göteborg's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Larsson came free, but Christian Wenerdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Simon Petersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. After some careless play in the IFK Göteborg defense, Simon Petersson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christian Wenerdahl. The IFK Göteborg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Wenerdahl should have stopped the shot. Kajsatorpet's Linus Groth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Lövkvist in the 82nd minute of play. Linus Groth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ove Lövkvist in the 82nd minute of the match. After 85 minutes of play, Kajsatorpet's Martin Larsson made it 10-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Wenerdahl was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christian Wenerdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Kilstedt in the 90th minute of the match. Vincent Kilstedt was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 93 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the game, one of Kajsatorpet:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. During the 97th minute of the match Ove Lövkvist completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ove Lövkvist a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ove Lövkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Kajsatorpet's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
