Ninjas in Pyjamas's Alisson Becke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evert Bogren in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Bogren in the 12th minute of play forced Ninjas in Pyjamas's goalkeeper Alisson Becke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Birger Andberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kajsatorpet fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Fritz Lindqvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Linus Groth, 1-1. Linus Groth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Ennegren in the 19th minute of the match. Fermin Emesto was slow to take the kick. During this time Ninjas in Pyjamas's players had a chance to rest. Evert Bogren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alisson Becke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Martin Larsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alisson Becke was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Alisson Becke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Petersson in the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Georg Juhlin had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 43 minutes into the game, Birger Andberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kajsatorpet's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ninjas in Pyjamas the free kick. In the 45th match minute, Kajsatorpet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birger Andberg to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Larsson was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Karl Molander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Linus Groth was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Molander in the 61st minute of play forced Kajsatorpet's goalkeeper Linus Groth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Linus Groth came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Ninjas in Pyjamas's Alejandro Abadie. But to his dismay, Alejandro Abadie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. Evert Bogren in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alisson Becke, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 79 minutes of play, Kajsatorpet's Simon Petersson made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alisson Becke was left in no man's land by his defense there! Linus Groth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Molander, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Martin Larsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A well-hit corner resulted in Evert Bogren heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The Ninjas in Pyjamas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kajsatorpet's performance. The match ended with a win for Kajsatorpet.
