Spectators: 7741 (Terracing: 5807, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. David Sjögren started the match with the kick off. Jonas Gustafsson charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonas Gustafsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 3 played minutes Vurrbo got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Gustafsson. After a defensive mix-up in Vurrbo's zone, Valdemar Tomasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robin Henriksson came out of the goal and Valdemar Tomasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Segundo Lapurdi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Folke Bure came out and tried to block the shot, but Segundo Lapurdi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. With a little luck, North Pole Kickers's Folke Bure got control of the ball when Karl-Ove Broberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 13 played minutes Vurrbo got a freekick which was hit by Marco Rienda. 17 minutes into the match, Vurrbo's goal looked a bit too open when Nisse Jul came free, but Robin Henriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Rienda shot from long distance in the 19th minute, but Folke Bure was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. 22 minutes into the game, Tage Brolin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vurrbo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave North Pole Kickers the free kick. In the 23rd minute of the match Pere Noel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robin Henriksson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 25 played minutes Vurrbo got a freekick which was hit by Tage Brolin. In the 26th minute of the match Peter Arvidsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robin Henriksson skillfully saved the ball. Robin Henriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nisse Jul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Vurrbo's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Tomasson came free, but Robin Henriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vurrbo's Robin Henriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nisse Jul in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, North Pole Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Tage Brolin came free, but Folke Bure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nisse Jul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nisse Jul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the game, Valdemar Tomasson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Robin Henriksson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Robin Henriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Tomasson in the 48th minute of play.

Robin Henriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nisse Jul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the game, Nisse Jul cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Robin Henriksson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nisse Jul blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robin Henriksson having to make a save. In the 61st minute Karl-Ove Broberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Bure saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Karl-Ove Broberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Folke Bure was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Robin Henriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nisse Jul, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. North Pole Kickers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Michael Ahlbeck in the 65th minute. North Pole Kickers's Michael Ahlbeck was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Robin Henriksson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Robin Henriksson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nisse Jul's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Nisse Jul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Henriksson having to interfere. North Pole Kickers made a substitution. Anders Byström replaced Pere Noel. Valdemar Tomasson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Robin Henriksson made a huge save. In the 79th minute, one of Vurrbo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vurrbo. Valdemar Tomasson walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Nisse Jul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vurrbo's Robin Henriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nisse Jul in the 84th minute of play. Robin Henriksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nisse Jul in the 85th minute of the match. Nisse Jul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Henriksson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nisse Jul in the 93rd minute of play forced Vurrbo's goalkeeper Robin Henriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the game, Karl-Ove Broberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vurrbo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave North Pole Kickers the free kick. In the 95th minute, Karl-Ove Broberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingemar Samuelsson made in the 97th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Per Låsberg immediately put the ball in play.
