In the 4th minute, Ingvar Hellgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFK Göteborg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Jens-Ove Lindkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jonatan Olofsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Ove Blomkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Karl-Ove Blomkvist took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonatan Olofsson. Jonatan Olofsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 18 minutes, Ingvar Hellgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IFK Göteborg and the NitalarbralatiN players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, IFK Göteborg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Hellgren to maneuver through the defense. Christian Wenerdahl made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Göran Haraldsson sent off a good shot on target. If Ralf Henriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jens-Ove Lindkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Olofsson having to interfere. Jonatan Olofsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ingvar Hellgren went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 30th minute, Henrik Dahlman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mattias Kilman kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Ove Lövkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Göran Haraldsson came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the NitalarbralatiN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Göran Haraldsson couldn't finish the play. Jonatan Olofsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Ove Blomkvist's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Jonatan Olofsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Hellgren in the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of IFK Göteborg booed when NitalarbralatiN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars-Erik Helander didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Ingvar Hellgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Göran Haraldsson made a kick off. When Karl-Ove Blomkvist came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the IFK Göteborg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Ove Blomkvist couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as IFK Göteborg's Karl-Ove Blomkvist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonatan Olofsson. That made the score 0-6 after 62 minutes of play. In the 68th minute Ove Lövkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Olofsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 minutes, Jörgen Hammarberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IFK Göteborg and the NitalarbralatiN players grew even worse after the yellow card. Oskar Hedlund charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oskar Hedlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to NitalarbralatiN getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Oskar Hedlund hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Ove Lövkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, NitalarbralatiN's Jonatan Olofsson got control of the ball when Ingvar Hellgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörgen Hammarberg in the 94th minute of play forced NitalarbralatiN's goalkeeper Jonatan Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Hellgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Jonatan Olofsson made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded IFK Göteborg left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than NitalarbralatiN.
