Sixten Bålström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcus Olsson went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 13 minutes into the game, Watford FC's Wincent Milko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sixten Bålström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Sixten Bålström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wincent Milko's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Watford FC booed when SHOW DE LA SHOW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kennet Ugla didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Wincent Milko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Sixten Bålström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wincent Milko might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sixten Bålström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wincent Milko ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the match, SHOW DE LA SHOW's goal looked a bit too open when Wincent Milko came free, but Sixten Bålström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixten Bålström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wincent Milko, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute, Marcus Olsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Watford FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kennet Ugla was the one to do the kick off. The corner led Watford FC's Ludvig Åkerman to fire away a dangerous shot which Sixten Bålström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Marcus Olsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Olsson in the 60th minute of play forced SHOW DE LA SHOW's goalkeeper Sixten Bålström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Wincent Milko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torsten Stålman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarl Bengtsson in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Wincent Milko got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Wincent Milko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Sixten Bålström made a huge save. Adam Wallmark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Wincent Milko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Watford FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Watford FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
