Spectators: 7691 (Terracing: 5769, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 153) 8 minutes into the match, Ströms Diamonds's goal looked a bit too open when Xu Chao Wei came free, but Pelle Möllgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ströms Diamonds's Pelle Möllgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Gernberg in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Zander in the 14th minute of play forced V.HOBY FF's goalkeeper Oskar Tidéksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pelle Möllgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Suero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Igelström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Ströms Diamonds getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Angelo Bertin hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eloy Suero in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pelle Möllgren saved Ströms Diamonds from getting behind. With a little luck, Ströms Diamonds's Pelle Möllgren got control of the ball when Fredrik Gernberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eloy Suero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute, Justo Quintana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oskar Tidéksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Igelström, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Isak Svensson kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cafer İzzettin to strike the kick off in the second half. Pelle Möllgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Birke in the 54th minute of the match. When Eloy Suero came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the V.HOBY FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eloy Suero couldn't finish the play. Fredrik Gernberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pelle Möllgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Pelle Möllgren came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by V.HOBY FF's Fredrik Gernberg. But to his dismay, Fredrik Gernberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Oscar Igelström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oskar Tidéksson having to interfere. Oskar Tidéksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cafer İzzettin in the 63rd minute of play. In the 67th minute Cafer İzzettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Tidéksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cafer İzzettin scored 1-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oskar Tidéksson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. V.HOBY FF made a substitution. Wincenty Kissel replaced Karl Berg. V.HOBY FF's Mikael Tunström was substituted for Xu Chao Wei. In the 85th minute, Oscar Igelström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oskar Tidéksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Ströms Diamonds's Frans Johansson was substituted for Oscar Igelström. Pelle Möllgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Gernberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Eloy Suero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pelle Möllgren. Ströms Diamonds's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eloy Suero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the V.HOBY FF players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
