Spectators: 7531 (Terracing: 5764, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kevin Jelm started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jack Lundblad in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duda de Queiroz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jack Lundblad sped through Marieheim Mighty Moose's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Duda de Queiroz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Nyberg in the 9th minute of play forced Marieheim Mighty Moose's goalkeeper Duda de Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Şentürk Kahya was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marieheim Mighty Moose's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Polar Ice Caps the free kick. Şentürk Kahya hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Duda de Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jack Lundblad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Lucien Zollt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Ralf Nyberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duda de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joakim Lindberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Ture Viklund made a huge save. After 27 minutes Polar Ice Caps's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucien Zollt who took care of the corner kick. Marieheim Mighty Moose's Lucien Zollt was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ture Viklund in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 28 minutes into the game, Oscar Bolander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marieheim Mighty Moose's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Polar Ice Caps the free kick. After 28 played minutes Marieheim Mighty Moose got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Bolander. Marieheim Mighty Moose's Lucien Zollt got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Ralf Nyberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duda de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Jelm in the 34th minute of play forced Polar Ice Caps's goalkeeper Ture Viklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stellan Sellberg in the 35th minute of play forced Marieheim Mighty Moose's goalkeeper Duda de Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Zarrella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda de Queiroz having to interfere. A collision led to Polar Ice Caps getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Stellan Sellberg hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Kevin Jelm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marieheim Mighty Moose's supporters rose to their feet, but Kevin Jelm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ture Viklund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucien Zollt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucien Zollts short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Ture Viklund to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jack Lundblad made a kick off. Polar Ice Caps's Tord Lundin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Frank Schubert in the 52 minute of the game. Joakim Lindberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Ture Viklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Kevin Jelm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Duda de Queiroz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 58th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. After a rather tough play, Polar Ice Caps's Wiktor Ugla got a free kick in the 64th minute. Ture Viklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Snorre Slangens, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Duda de Queiroz made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Ingmar Klementsson sent off a good shot on target. Ralf Nyberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda de Queiroz having to interfere. In the 73rd minute of the match, Jack Lundblad tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Duda de Queiroz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ralf Nyberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Duda de Queiroz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ralf Nyberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Duda de Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Nyberg in the 81st minute of the match. If Jack Lundblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Marieheim Mighty Moose's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Lundblad came free, but Duda de Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Ralf Nyberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Ralf Nyberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Duda de Queiroz, 0-3. Marieheim Mighty Moose's attentive Kallistus Baumberger managed to snatch the ball when Tord Lundin made a throw-in in the 96th minute of the game. The Marieheim Mighty Moose fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Polar Ice Caps were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
