A collision led to Aros Vättar getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Gottfrid Kjellberg hit a great ball. After 21 minutes, Olov Ekenberg made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Aros Vättar's Helge Brandin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 27 minutes into the match, Aros Vättar's goal looked a bit too open when Algot Lindberg came free, but Helge Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sakarias Bergman hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 28 played minutes Aros Vättar got a freekick which was hit by Stig Frisk. Axel Svensson struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Helge Brandin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Falken. Aros Vättar's Helge Brandin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Aros Vättar from getting a goal against them. Team Falken's Algot Lindberg managed to work through Aros Vättar's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Algot Lindberg dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Dick Lagerberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dick Lagerberg made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Olov Ekenberg made a precise shot to the right of Helge Brandin. Aros Vättar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Aros Vättar's Dick Lagerberg got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Aros Vättar's goal looked a bit too open when Olov Ekenberg came free, but Helge Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dick Lagerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Joel Vennerlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olov Ekenberg in the 71st minute of play forced Aros Vättar's goalkeeper Helge Brandin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Helge Brandin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algot Lindberg in the 75th minute of play. If Dick Lagerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dick Lagerberg got free with Joel Vennerlund in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joel Vennerlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dick Lagerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the game, Olov Ekenberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Helge Brandin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Aros Vättar's Gottfrid Kjellberg got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Axel Svensson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
