In the 3rd match minute, FC Bors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Ivarsson to maneuver through the defense. Karl-Magnus Sjöö sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. George Alfors took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Engström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of King Faisal Babes F.C. booed when FC Bors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarl Tinglöf didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl-Magnus Sjöö in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Alfors saved King Faisal Babes F.C. from getting behind. George Alfors stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Magnus Sjöö's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Karl-Magnus Sjöö shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Alfors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Alfors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Sjöö in the 23rd minute of the match. FC Bors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Karl-Magnus Sjöö in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Engström in the 37th minute of play forced King Faisal Babes F.C.'s goalkeeper George Alfors to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Alfors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Sjöö in the 38th minute of the match. George Alfors made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Magnus Sjöö in the 39th minute of play. FC Bors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Karl-Magnus Sjöö in the 42nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Karl-Magnus Sjöö fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of George Alfors, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to King Faisal Babes F.C. getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Torbjörn Hermansson hit a great ball. Karl-Magnus Sjöö who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of George Alfors when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Karl-Magnus Sjöö had several of the King Faisal Babes F.C.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 71 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed George Alfors as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a rather tough play, FC Bors's Alfons Lönn got a free kick in the 74th minute. George Alfors made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Ivarsson in the 77th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Kjell Engström took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for George Alfors to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kjell Engström got free with George Alfors in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. George Alfors made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kjell Engström in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the match, King Faisal Babes F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Engström came free, but George Alfors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Bors's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
