Sticksjö FF's Veljko Cvetanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Magnus Sjöö in the 12th minute of play. Albin Bergren came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Henry Örnberg could save by the left post. A hard shot 14 in the game by Albin Bergren from a close distance when the talented Henry Örnberg managed to make a qualified save. FC Bors's players were relieved. Veljko Cvetanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Sticksjö FF's Veljko Cvetanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell Engström in the 18th minute of play. After 18 minutes, Daniel Palm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sticksjö FF and the FC Bors players grew even worse after the yellow card. Daniel Palm kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl-Magnus Sjöö in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Veljko Cvetanov saved Sticksjö FF from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Karl-Magnus Sjöö managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bors's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl-Magnus Sjöö was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Veljko Cvetanov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henry Örnberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Palm in the 22nd minute of play. Henry Örnberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Bergren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urban Bäck hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Christer Ivarsson from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Henry Örnberg's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The corner led FC Bors's Karl-Magnus Sjöö to fire away a dangerous shot which Veljko Cvetanov despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Karl-Magnus Sjöö struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Veljko Cvetanov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bors. The audience thought a goal was coming when Måns Holmgren got free with Henry Örnberg in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, FC Bors's goalkeeper Henry Örnberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Måns Holmgren. In the 37th minute of the match, Måns Holmgren got a very nice opportunity to score, but Henry Örnberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 39th match minute, FC Bors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Tinglöf to maneuver through the defense. Henry Örnberg acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 39th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Christer Ivarsson. In the 41st minute Daniel Palm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Örnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henry Örnberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Palm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albin Bergren to strike the kick off in the second half. Daniel Palm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albin Bergren during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 53 played minutes Sticksjö FF got a freekick which was hit by Albin Bergren. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Joakim Vallgren got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rasmus Påk during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rasmus Påk kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The long shot by Anton Ivarsson in the 59th minute really tested Veljko Cvetanov's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Henry Örnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Måns Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 65th minute, Albin Bergren made a precise shot to the right of Henry Örnberg. FC Bors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Veljko Cvetanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Magnus Sjöö in the 68th minute of play. If Daniel Palm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Bors made a substitution. Erling Pilblad replaced Joar Albohm. When Måns Holmgren came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Sticksjö FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Måns Holmgren couldn't finish the play. Sticksjö FF made a substitution. Daniel Grubb replaced Daniel Palm. Sticksjö FF's Dick Sörman was substituted for Viktor Stenquist. With a little luck, Sticksjö FF's Veljko Cvetanov got control of the ball when Kjell Engström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jarl Tinglöf's late challenge caught a Sticksjö FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jarl Tinglöf helped the player get up and apologised. Jarl Tinglöf kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Jarl Molander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sticksjö FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarl Molander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sticksjö FF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
