Spectators: 7760 (Terracing: 5821, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 154) Robin Åberg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute Sonny Algren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enekoitz Viñales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Blattnicksele FK's Karl Dahlberg in the 6th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Edgar Finsberg was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for FC Karlskoga through an amazing save. Edgar Finsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Bergendahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enekoitz Viñales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Tomaszewski in the 19th minute of play. FC Karlskoga's Wit Fiszer got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Blattnicksele FK's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Johan Bocklund came free, but Enekoitz Viñales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Finsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Blattnicksele FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alf Bergendahl in the 27th minute. Alf Bergendahl made a great header on Blattnicksele FK's corner, it was just that FC Karlskoga's Edgar Finsberg managed to reach the ball for a save. FC Karlskoga:s Edgar Finsberg showed great skill when he stopped Alf Bergendahl:s penalty. Robin Åberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Edgar Finsberg could save by the left post. Tobias Lundqvist hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Sonny Algren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enekoitz Viñales having to make a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Remigiusz Tomaszewski to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in FC Karlskoga's zone, Karl Dahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Finsberg came out of the goal and Karl Dahlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56thth minute of the game Karl Dahlberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Karlskoga's Edgar Finsberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 58th match minute, Blattnicksele FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Bergendahl to maneuver through the defense. Enekoitz Viñales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigiusz Tomaszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robin Åberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Finsberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robin Åberg ran back to his position shaking his head. After 64 played minutes FC Karlskoga got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Johan Bocklund. Edgar Finsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Åberg in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, FC Karlskoga's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Åberg came free, but Edgar Finsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alf Bergendahl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute Karl Dahlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Finsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl Dahlberg scored 2-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgar Finsberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd minute, Arvin Rudberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egil Kielberg, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some careless play in the FC Karlskoga defense, Arvin Strand kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgar Finsberg. The FC Karlskoga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgar Finsberg should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Karl Dahlberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Finsberg was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 92ndth minute of the game Arvin Strand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Karlskoga's Edgar Finsberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enekoitz Viñales made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Lennart Månsson sent off a good shot on target. FC Karlskoga's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
