In the 9th minute, Eugen Iurașcu made a precise shot to the right of Eric Tinglöv. Glommens if's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Eric Tinglöv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugen Iurașcu in the 12th minute of the match. Eric Tinglöv came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Stjärnblomster's Eugen Iurașcu. But to his dismay, Eugen Iurașcu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Sten Bergren fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stjärnblomster's protests and gave Sten Bergren a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Sten Bergren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 魏常伟 in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Philip Gallin saved Stjärnblomster from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Glommens if's zone, Eugen Iurașcu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Tinglöv came out of the goal and Eugen Iurașcu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Patrik Smefeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stjärnblomster's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrik Smefeldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eric Tinglöv breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, Glommens if's goal looked a bit too open when Eugen Iurașcu came free, but Eric Tinglöv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Glommens if booed when Stjärnblomster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Vallejos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eric Tinglöv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugen Iurașcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The audience was convinced that Eugen Iurașcu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eric Tinglöv was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Eugen Iurașcu took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eric Tinglöv. Eric Tinglöv dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Steffen Kullgren made a kick off. Eric Tinglöv made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Patrik Smefeldt sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute, Sven-Ove Berggren sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Glommens if's Eric Tinglöv didn't even have to move. Patrik Smefeldt struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Eric Tinglöv didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stjärnblomster. If Steffen Kullgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Steffen Kullgren received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eric Tinglöv came out and tried to block the shot, but Steffen Kullgren slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 68th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Tage Gregersson in the 72nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Stjärnblomster's Sten Bergren. In the 73rd minute, Steffen Kullgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Patrik Smefeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stjärnblomster's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrik Smefeldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eric Tinglöv breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stjärnblomster's Tony Klint was substituted for Guto Alagoano. After having played for 84 minutes, 魏常伟 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glommens if's supporters crossed their fingers, but 魏常伟 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Glommens if's Eric Tinglöv got control of the ball when Patrik Smefeldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Glommens if defense, Steffen Kullgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eric Tinglöv. The Glommens if fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eric Tinglöv should have stopped the shot. Eric Tinglöv was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Steffen Kullgren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 94 minute of play. Sven-Ove Berggren hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Stjärnblomster played a much better game than Glommens if and deserved their victory. The Glommens if players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
