Jan-Åke Emander charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Åke Emander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 2nd minute of the game. One of Hägersten:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hallabro BK:s goal. In the 4th minute there was a penalty for Hallabro BK. Bernt Haglund stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Timmy Ekelund. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jörgen Njurenius during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Hägersten getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Jörgen Njurenius hit a great ball. After 9 played minutes Hägersten got a freekick which was hit by Jörgen Njurenius. In the 10th minute Leo Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timmy Ekelund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas Lustig struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Timmy Ekelund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hallabro BK. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bertil Eriksson in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timmy Ekelund saved Hägersten from getting behind. Hallabro BK's Coşkun Bayram played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Odman in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Bertil Eriksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 played minutes Hägersten got a freekick which was hit by Rudolf Rolfsson. The attack was good, but when Bertil Eriksson in the 22nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Timmy Ekelund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Eriksson in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Hallabro BK's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Rolfsson came free, but Coşkun Bayram reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertil Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timmy Ekelund having to interfere. Leo Lund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Timmy Ekelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Coşkun Bayram showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleksander Odman in the 37th minute of the match. Tobias Matsson hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Rudolf Rolfssons short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Coşkun Bayram to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 45 played minutes, Hallabro BK's Bertil Eriksson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Timmy Ekelund came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hallabro BK reached it. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bertil Eriksson was the one to do the kick off. Coşkun Bayram showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudolf Rolfsson in the 55th minute of the match. Leo Lunds short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Timmy Ekelund to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 60 minutes, Leo Lund made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Hägersten's Timmy Ekelund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 63 minutes, Bertil Eriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hallabro BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertil Eriksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Hägersten fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Hägersten's Rudolf Rolfsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Bertil Eriksson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Timmy Ekelund was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 75th minute of the match Hallabro BK got a corner. Hägersten's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bertil Eriksson ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Hallabro BK's corner Bertil Eriksson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Timmy Ekelund quite easily take care of the ball. In the 81st minute, Bertil Eriksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hägersten's Rudolf Rolfsson got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Hallabro BK's Frank Altobelli got a free kick in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Hallabro BK's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Rolfsson came free, but Coşkun Bayram reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rudolf Rolfsson in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Coşkun Bayram prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Leo Lund came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Hallabro BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Lund couldn't finish the play. Hägersten's Timmy Ekelund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Eriksson in the 90th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Lund got free with Timmy Ekelund in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. During the 95th minute of the match Jörgen Njurenius completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jörgen Njurenius a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Hägersten's Jörgen Njurenius got a free kick in the 95th minute.
