In the 6th minute Vitório Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Åkerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Ytterby FF's goal looked a bit too open when Vitório Ribeiro came free, but Valentin Åkerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Lionel Riquelme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Åkerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alf Löfgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Bo Caspersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nils-Emil Torsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Caspersson having to interfere. A collision led to Blubb FF getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Vitório Ribeiro hit a great ball. Alf Löfgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Alf Löfgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ytterby FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Alf Löfgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bo Caspersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, Ytterby FF's goal looked a bit too open when Vitório Ribeiro came free, but Valentin Åkerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alf Löfgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alf Löfgren to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Blubb FF's zone, Alf Löfgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bo Caspersson came out of the goal and Alf Löfgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicco Manuel's late challenge caught a Ytterby FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicco Manuel helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ytterby FF booed when Blubb FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicco Manuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ytterby FF's Valentin Åkerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eskuin Monteros in the 57th minute of play. Valentin Åkerberg was a little too slow when Eskuin Monteros got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-1. Vitório Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Valentin Åkerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustav Svensson during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ytterby FF's Gustav Svensson got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Valentin Åkerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eskuin Monteros in the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eskuin Monteros in the 68th minute of play forced Ytterby FF's goalkeeper Valentin Åkerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Nils-Emil Torsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Vitório Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blubb FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitório Ribeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Åkerberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With 77 minutes on the clock, Mats Almkvist commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ytterby FF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 76th minute. Penalty! Valentin Åkerberg had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping Vicco Manuel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball Valentin Åkerberg came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Blubb FF's Vicco Manuel. But to his dismay, Vicco Manuel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 82nd minute, Anders Svensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valentin Åkerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lionel Riquelme, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 93rd match minute, Ytterby FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustav Svensson to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Blubb FF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
