Ciano Barba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Vedholm having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciano Barba in the 20th minute of play forced Vikings FC's goalkeeper Martin Vedholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciano Barba struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Martin Vedholm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hammarbys Springpojkar. Viktor Siggesson scored 0-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martin Vedholm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Martin Vedholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Blom, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When Maurício Pinhal came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Vikings FC fans jumped to their feet.
