Kalle Bergsten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Eklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Änglarna's Sture Telin got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kalle Bergsten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Richard Kalfhage went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute, Leif Ekrot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32ndth minute of the game Sture Telin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frölundaboys's Claes Stenström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kalle Bergsten was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Timmy Grubb showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 34 minute of play. Christian Matsson kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Änglarna's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. A hard shot by Samuel Blom from long distance, 49 minutes into the match, got Kalle Bergsten's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Richard Kalfhage made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Sture Telin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Stenström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Änglarna's Kalle Bergsten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Kalfhage in the 58th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Jago Terrilla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Änglarna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Sture Telin kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Vilhelm Gustafsson hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richard Kalfhage in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kalle Bergsten prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jago Terrilla kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Änglarna's Leif Danielsson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leif Ekrot in the 88 minute of the game. Sture Telin hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. A collision led to Änglarna getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Sture Telin hit a great ball. Kalle Bergsten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Eklund in the 94th minute of the match. Sture Telin's late challenge caught a Frölundaboys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sture Telin helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Änglarna's Sture Telin got a free kick in the 94th minute. Kalle Bergsten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Eklund in the 95th minute of the match. After 97 minutes Änglarna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Samuel Blom who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Casper Åkerström managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand.
