Änglarna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johannes Tidén was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Änglarna's goalkeeper Kalle Bergsten, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Brian May managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moodys IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Brian May was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kalle Bergsten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brian May scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kalle Bergsten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th match minute, Moodys IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Carlberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute Brian May shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalle Bergsten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalle Bergsten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell-Arne Åberg in the 23rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Kjell-Arne Åberg sped through Änglarna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kalle Bergsten. Moodys IF's Barnabás Selymes quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Herbert Pettersson, made in the 35th minute of the game. Kalle Bergsten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johannes Tidén, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Kjell-Arne Åberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Kalle Bergsten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brian May to make the kick off. When Johannes Tidén came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Moodys IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johannes Tidén couldn't finish the play. After 57 played minutes Moodys IF got a freekick which was hit by Barnabás Selymes. Kalle Bergsten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brian May in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Moodys IF's Brian May sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kalle Bergsten narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kalle Bergsten stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johannes Tidén's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Alex Kilstedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute, Brian May got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Barnabás Selymes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 70th minute. Moodys IF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Brian May blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kalle Bergsten having to make a save. Änglarna's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Kjell-Arne Åberg scored to the left of an out of position Kalle Bergsten, making the score, 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brian May got free with Kalle Bergsten in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Änglarna's Kalle Bergsten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Änglarna from getting a goal against them. Kalle Bergsten was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Andreas Carlberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 83 minute of play. If Brian May had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Matsson kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Änglarna's Kalle Bergsten got control of the ball when Kjell-Arne Åberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Johannes Tidén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalle Bergsten having to interfere. When the match was over Moodys IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Änglarna throughout the match.
