Spectators: 7771 (Terracing: 5829, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 155) Fluminense's Bradagain Baadegaard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Henrik Ingemarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bradagain Baadegaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. After a rather tough play, Catholic Church's Mathias Björk got a free kick in the 4th minute. Henrik Ingemarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apal Olmedo in the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute of the match Fluminense got a corner. Catholic Church's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Torsten Höijer ran over to the corner to take the kick. 13 minutes into the match, Fluminense's goalkeeper Carsten Sloothaak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agne Finman. If Edgar Winnicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrik Ingemarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradagain Baadegaard in the 21st minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Patrik Lindqvist in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Catholic Church's Tord Söderqvist. 30 minutes into the match, Catholic Church's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Österlund came free, but Henrik Ingemarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Catholic Church's goal looked a bit too open when Apal Olmedo came free, but Henrik Ingemarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agne Finman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Carsten Sloothaak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 44th minute, Nils Österlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgar Winnicki to strike the kick off in the second half. Agne Finman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carsten Sloothaak having to interfere. When Edgar Winnicki came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Catholic Church fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Winnicki couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute Edgar Winnicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carsten Sloothaak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agne Finman in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carsten Sloothaak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Catholic Church's Henrik Ingemarsson got control of the ball when Bradagain Baadegaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Fluminense defense, Agne Finman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carsten Sloothaak. The Fluminense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carsten Sloothaak should have stopped the shot. 4-1 became the score in the 80th minute when Edgar Winnicki elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Stig-Åke Ljungberg took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carsten Sloothaak. Carsten Sloothaak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Catholic Church's Timur Malyugin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sven Stenman in the 87 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agne Finman in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carsten Sloothaak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carsten Sloothaak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agne Finman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Apal Olmedo in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Catholic Church's Edgar Winnicki. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agne Finman in the 94th minute of play forced Fluminense's goalkeeper Carsten Sloothaak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Catholic Church fully deserved thier win.
