Leontin Berbec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niclas Vennerdal having to interfere. Ivar Persson in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jörn Glad, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sven-Ove Berggren might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niclas Vennerdal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven-Ove Berggren ran back to his position shaking his head. Nils Siöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivar Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jörn Glad made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Jack Bengtsson sent off a good shot on target. Jörn Glad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivar Persson in the 28th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Ivar Persson notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Otterbäcken's Jörn Glad. Jörn Glad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th match minute, Otterbäcken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Ove Berggren to maneuver through the defense. Michael Finman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, Nils Siöberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th minute, Nils Siöberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nils Siöberg to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kolsva FK's goalkeeper Niclas Vennerdal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Kolsva FK's zone, Leontin Berbec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niclas Vennerdal came out of the goal and Leontin Berbec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ivar Persson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jörn Glad having to make a save. Kolsva FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sven-Ove Berggren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 69 minutes into the game, Sven-Ove Berggren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Niclas Vennerdal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 73 minutes into the match, Kolsva FK's Ivar Persson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jörn Glad narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
