In the 3rd minute, Ivar Persson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eric Fredriksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Sjöberg during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Ivar Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Balders Hage IF defense, Ivar Persson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eric Fredriksson. The Balders Hage IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eric Fredriksson should have stopped the shot. Ivar Persson took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eric Fredriksson. Eric Fredriksson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Ivar Persson might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eric Fredriksson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivar Persson ran back to his position shaking his head. Eric Fredriksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Bengtsson in the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Leif Hedman suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Timmy Rönn during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kolsva FK made a substitution. Georg Alebom replaced Leif Hedman. Eric Fredriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivar Persson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Folke Grelsson made a great header on Kolsva FK's corner, it was just that Balders Hage IF's Eric Fredriksson managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Sigvard Brask managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balders Hage IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigvard Brask was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niclas Vennerdal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ivar Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eric Fredriksson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivar Persson's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Wiktor Nyberg kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Eric Fredriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivar Persson in the 44th minute of play. The Balders Hage IF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kolsva FK were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivar Persson to make the kick off. If Ivar Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Kolsva FK's Eric Fredriksson threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ivar Persson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Kolsva FK booed when Balders Hage IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Sjöberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivar Persson might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eric Fredriksson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivar Persson ran back to his position shaking his head. Ivar Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sigvard Brask received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Niclas Vennerdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Sjöberg kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Jack Bengtsson hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Niclas Vennerdal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sigvard Brask's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. 78 minutes into the game, Jack Bengtsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eric Fredriksson. Jack Bengtsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Ivar Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svante Jansson in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niclas Vennerdal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Kolsva FK's Silvério Zambujal got a free kick in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Kolsva FK's Ivar Persson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eric Fredriksson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Kolsva FK fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when Kolsva FK's Ivar Persson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match was over Kolsva FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Balders Hage IF throughout the match.
