In the 25th minute Karl-Johan Spetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernst Pååk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Søren Kierkegaard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernst Pååk having to make a save. When Elvijs Presley fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Klostergårdens FK's protests and gave Elvijs Presley a yellow card for diving instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Søren Kierkegaard made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Søren Kierkegaard in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernst Pååk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Republic of Jämtland booed when Klostergårdens FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ola Bjursell didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Søren Kierkegaard in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernst Pååk saved Republic of Jämtland from getting behind. In the 65th minute, Karl-Johan Spetz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Søren Kierkegaard took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernst Pååk. Ernst Pååk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After some careless play in the Republic of Jämtland defense, Karl-Johan Spetz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernst Pååk. The Republic of Jämtland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernst Pååk should have stopped the shot. Ernst Pååk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Søren Kierkegaard's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Karl-Johan Spetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernst Pååk having to interfere. Søren Kierkegaard scored 0-5 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ernst Pååk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hubert Andberg in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iordache Boteanu saved Klostergårdens FK from getting behind. When the final whistle sounded Klostergårdens FK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Republic of Jämtland.
