Per Åberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Zhang Yao Hui when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of AC Milan booed when Queens Park Rangers F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivar Lindgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Queens Park Rangers F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zhang Yao Hui should have stopped the shot. If Erik Lundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Per Åberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Queens Park Rangers F.C's Zhang Yao Hui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Per Åberg sped through Queens Park Rangers F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zhang Yao Hui. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AC Milan fully deserved thier win.
