Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bror Elg made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Vålådalen IF's Edmund Björk dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. 57 minutes into the game, 1910 Di Blåe's Bror Elg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Axel Kiempe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. After 62 minutes, Joakim Dahlkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vålådalen IF and the 1910 Di Blåe players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Joakim Dahlkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1910 Di Blåe's Magnus Åström couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute. Klaus Overmars showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. Edwin Åkesson was a little too slow when Klaus Overmars got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 2-7. When Edmund Björk fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vålådalen IF's protests and gave Edmund Björk a yellow card for diving instead. Edmund Björk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Edwin Åkesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The 1910 Di Blåe fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vålådalen IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
