Leo Ödmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Eduino in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt Bonk in the 9th minute of play forced Coneheads FC's goalkeeper Kalle Ekelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as AIK Deluxe's Karl-Michael Lennartsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kalle Ekelund. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Karl-Michael Lennartsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Karl-Michael Lennartsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kalle Ekelund, 2-0. AIK Deluxe's Leo Ödmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Bank in the 24th minute of play. Kalle Ekelund made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Saul Goodman sent off a good shot on target. In the 46th minute, Bengt Bonk sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Coneheads FC's Kalle Ekelund didn't even have to move.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Svante Bank stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kalle Ekelund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Lööf, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 86th minute Bengt-Arne Lööf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalle Ekelund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the AIK Deluxe players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
