Aan Aae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fred Petersson in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 姚邦政 saved Liverpool FC from getting behind.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fred Petersson to strike the kick off in the second half. Liverpool FC's 姚邦政 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Melander in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Electric Sharks getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Herbert Ekblom hit a great ball. Electric Sharks's Frank Gustafsson was substituted for Aan Aae. After a rather tough play, Electric Sharks's Herbert Ekblom got a free kick in the 70th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Leif Lundgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liverpool FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leif Lundgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magnus Löfdahl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Liverpool FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Valdemar Håkansson hit a great ball. 姚邦政 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reine Åberg in the 78th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Valdemar Håkansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liverpool FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdemar Håkansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magnus Löfdahl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the game, Valdemar Håkansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liverpool FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Electric Sharks the free kick. Valdemar Håkansson hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The supporters of Electric Sharks booed when Liverpool FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Electric Sharks's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
