If Karsten Karlsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Överås IK's Davide Galván played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Heli in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute Eket BK were awarded a corner. Primitivo Heli went to the cornerflag to take it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. In the 89th minute Primitivo Heli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davide Galván saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karsten Karlsen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jim Martin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Karsten Karlsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jim Martin having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Eket BK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Överås IK.
