Spectators: 7751 (Terracing: 5815, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zula Bara started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Vätö defense, Asier Soriano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shaban Galo. The Vätö fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shaban Galo should have stopped the shot. Asier Soriano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Shaban Galo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Asier Soriano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Shaban Galo made a huge save. In the 10th minute, Marc Stål hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Vätö's goalkeeper Shaban Galo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Klas Landin. Vätö's Shaban Galo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Pinto in the 16th minute of play. Patric Blomberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Przemyslaw Szczęsny having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Vätö's goalkeeper Shaban Galo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Asier Soriano. A hard shot 22 in the game by Asier Soriano from a close distance when the talented Shaban Galo managed to make a qualified save. Vätö's players were relieved. Asier Soriano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shaban Galo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Vätö's goal looked a bit too open when Klas Landin came free, but Shaban Galo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Chivas Regal's Asier Soriano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Przemyslaw Szczęsny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zula Bara in the 30th minute of play. Simon Lind made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Vätö's Walter Lindholm. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Asier Soriano put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Shaban Galo. With a little luck, Vätö's Shaban Galo got control of the ball when Asier Soriano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Klas Landin struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Shaban Galo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chivas Regal. Asier Soriano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Shaban Galo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Shaban Galo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asier Soriano in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Asier Soriano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 51 minutes, Per Eriksson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vätö and the Chivas Regal players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vätö getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Per Eriksson hit a great ball. Vätö's Shaban Galo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asier Soriano in the 53rd minute of play. Shaban Galo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Asier Soriano went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. If Asier Soriano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 minutes, Asier Soriano made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Vätö's Shaban Galo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Asier Soriano in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shaban Galo saved Vätö from getting behind. Shaban Galo came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Chivas Regal's Asier Soriano. But to his dismay, Asier Soriano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 79thth minute of the game Asier Soriano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vätö's Shaban Galo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Vätö's Per Eriksson got a free kick in the 81st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Asier Soriano in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Shaban Galo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 85 minutes, Asier Soriano made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Vätö's Shaban Galo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Oskar Friberger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Shaban Galo. Vätö's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oskar Friberger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. Chivas Regal's Przemyslaw Szczęsny proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Chivas Regal from getting a goal against them.
