When Karsten Karlsen came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Överås IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karsten Karlsen couldn't finish the play. After 12 minutes, Karsten Karlsen made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ducktwig FC's Hacı Ali Zafer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hacı Ali Zafer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karsten Karlsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Ducktwig FC defense, Karsten Karlsen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hacı Ali Zafer. The Ducktwig FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hacı Ali Zafer should have stopped the shot. Hacı Ali Zafer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karsten Karlsen's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Marcos Eger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ducktwig FC's Hacı Ali Zafer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karsten Karlsen in the 24th minute of play. Davide Galván made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Eger in the 25th minute of play. When Ducktwig FC's Marcos Eger in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Överås IK's goalie prevented a goal. 34 minutes into the match, Ducktwig FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Bergsten came free, but Hacı Ali Zafer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Överås IK's Davide Galván played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Eger in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Karsten Karlsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Överås IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karsten Karlsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Överås IK getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jan Hydén hit a great ball. After the first half Överås IK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcos Eger to make the kick off. Davide Galván showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martino Sana, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Ducktwig FC's goal looked a bit too open when Karsten Karlsen came free, but Hacı Ali Zafer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ducktwig FC's Hacı Ali Zafer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Ducktwig FC from getting a goal against them. Marcus Bergsten's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Hacı Ali Zafer skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Marcus Bergsten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Hacı Ali Zafer made a huge save. Överås IK's Marcus Bergsten got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ducktwig FC's Hacı Ali Zafer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Ducktwig FC from getting a goal against them. Marcus Bergsten's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hacı Ali Zafer firmly grabbed it by the left post. Marcus Bergsten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcus Bergsten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Hacı Ali Zafer made a huge save. In the 76thth minute of the game Marcus Bergsten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ducktwig FC's Hacı Ali Zafer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcus Bergstens short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Hacı Ali Zafer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Överås IK made a substitution. Kasper Hafström replaced Simon Odén. Överås IK made a substitution. Claes Axelsson replaced Wictor Hansson. The supporters of Överås IK booed when Ducktwig FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Nordstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Marcus Bergsten could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Hacı Ali Zafer however easily saved by the left post. Marcus Bergsten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Hacı Ali Zafer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Davide Galván made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Eger in the 88th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Marcus Bergsten in the 90th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 95th minute, Karsten Karlsen made a precise shot to the right of Hacı Ali Zafer. Ducktwig FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Överås IK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
