Marcos Eger started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Harmless Newbies's zone, Martino Sana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Åkesson came out of the goal and Martino Sana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martino Sana in the 10th minute of play forced Harmless Newbies's goalkeeper Leonardo Åkesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Eger scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonardo Åkesson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Martino Sana sped through Harmless Newbies's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leonardo Åkesson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martino Sana in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Åkesson saved Harmless Newbies from getting behind. Ducktwig FC's Martino Sana got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martino Sana hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Eger in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Åkesson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ducktwig FC were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Harmless Newbies's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonny Arvidsson took the corner. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Eger in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Åkesson saved Harmless Newbies from getting behind. In the 36th minute Ducktwig FC were awarded a corner. Jonny Arvidsson went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Jonny Arvidsson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Harmless Newbies's Leonardo Åkesson did a great save. Leonardo Åkesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martino Sana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Martino Sana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Åkesson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. The Harmless Newbies players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bengt-Rune Lundgren was the one to do the kick off. Harmless Newbies's Leonardo Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Eger in the 54th minute of play. Leonardo Åkesson stood somewhat misplaced when Martino Sana came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 56 minute. 60 minutes into the match, Marcos Eger notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Harmless Newbies's Leonardo Åkesson. Leonardo Åkesson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ducktwig FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jonny Arvidsson in the 65th minute. Leonardo Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Eger in the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Martino Sana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonardo Åkesson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Ducktwig FC's Marcos Eger was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 80th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Martino Sanas short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Leonardo Åkesson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 85th minute, Martino Sana made a precise shot to the right of Leonardo Åkesson. Harmless Newbies's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-13. Jonny Arvidsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Åkesson having to interfere. After 89 played minutes Harmless Newbies got a freekick which was hit by Torsten Alstedt. Ducktwig FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
