Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig-Ove Abrahamsson in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens-Ola Engman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Per-Erik Stål could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Jens-Ola Engman made a huge save. Helsingborg IF's Orhan Seyfi Can played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Erik Kristiansson in the 25th minute of play. Jens-Ola Engman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Erik Stål, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Jens-Ola Engman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Per-Erik Stål showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 38 minute of play.
