The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Börje Albohm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Guidetti in the 11th minute of play forced Skollholmen FC's goalkeeper Måns Sigfridsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Baxters Boys booed when Skollholmen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marko Adelsköld didn't get a good kick on the ball. Måns Sigfridsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Skarkman in the 22nd minute of play. Måns Sigfridsson came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Baxters Boys's John Guidetti. But to his dismay, John Guidetti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 25 played minutes Baxters Boys got a freekick which was hit by Linus Lind. Lewis James blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Börje Albohm having to make a save. Måns Sigfridsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Guidetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Måns Sigfridsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Novella's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After 34 played minutes Skollholmen FC got a freekick which was hit by Inge Hake. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Skollholmen FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kevin Skarkman was slow to take the kick. During this time Baxters Boys's players had a chance to rest. John Guidetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Måns Sigfridsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Kevin Skarkman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Måns Sigfridsson. Skollholmen FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kevin Skarkman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. John Guidetti was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that John Guidetti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Måns Sigfridsson was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Baxters Boys were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Skollholmen FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kevin Skarkman took the corner. Baxters Boys's Uzay Gencalp was substituted for John Guidetti. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uzay Gencalp got free with Måns Sigfridsson in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th minute, Staffan Åman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Skollholmen FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Marko Adelsköld hit a great ball. Måns Sigfridsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uzay Gencalp in the 68th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Skollholmen FC's goalkeeper Måns Sigfridsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osman Tahir. 72 minutes into the game, Edmund Scislowicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skollholmen FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baxters Boys the free kick. Måns Sigfridsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uzay Gencalp in the 73rd minute of play. In the 90th minute of the match Arne Lund sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Börje Albohm skillfully saved the ball. Skollholmen FC's Måns Sigfridsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uzay Gencalp in the 92nd minute of play. The Baxters Boys players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
