Spectators: 7588 (Terracing: 5800, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 10) AFC Richmond's Valter Telin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 10 minutes into the game, Roger Ånger recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Victor Söderquist. Roger Ånger showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valter Telin in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Söderquist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vikens IK's Patrik Asplund got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victor Söderquist made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Gilbert Högström sent off a good shot on target. Gilbert Högströms short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Victor Söderquist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Victor Söderquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valter Telin in the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th match minute, AFC Richmond was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Goicoechea to maneuver through the defense. Vikens IK's Victor Söderquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Ånger in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Vikens IK's goalkeeper Victor Söderquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilbert Högström. Gilbert Högström succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 43rd playminute. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Gilbert Högström sped through Vikens IK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Victor Söderquist.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patrik Asplund to strike the kick off in the second half. When AFC Richmond's Valter Telin in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vikens IK's goalie prevented a goal. Roger Ånger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Victor Söderquist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 69 minutes into the match, Valter Telin notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Vikens IK's Victor Söderquist. Victor Söderquist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Victor Söderquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Högström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, AFC Richmond's Valter Telin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Söderquist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Valter Telin succeeded in the game's 78th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 8-0. When AFC Richmond's Gilbert Högström in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 92 played minutes AFC Richmond got a freekick which was hit by Dan Larsson. In the 93rd match minute, AFC Richmond was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Ivarsson to maneuver through the defense. Evert Lägdin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per-Erik Biörkman in the 98th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AFC Richmond had played much better football throughout.
