The audience was convinced that Kjell Pihl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sune Klemensson was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. 19 minutes into the match, Horna IF's Peder Eskilsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diego Caracciolo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon Tham got free with Diego Caracciolo in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Husvagnens FF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Aleksander Back scored to the left of an out of position Diego Caracciolo, making the score, 6-2. If Kjell Pihl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 96th minute of the match, Aleksander Back tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Diego Caracciolo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Henning Holm charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henning Holm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 played minutes Horna IF got a freekick which was hit by Henning Holm.
