The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The BenRis FC fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when BenRis FC's Sigvard Löfgren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Christian Svanström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carsyn Mcgaw having to make a save. Christian Svanström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Carsyn Mcgaw made a huge save. Carsyn Mcgaw made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arkadiusz Kossakowski in the 22nd minute of play. Sigvard Löfgren scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Michael Apelkvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Michael Apelkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigvard Löfgren in the 31st minute of the match. Carsyn Mcgaw made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arkadiusz Kossakowski in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, BenRis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arkadiusz Kossakowski came free, but Carsyn Mcgaw reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Sigvard Löfgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Apelkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carsyn Mcgaw made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoffer Lindström in the 38th minute of play. Carsyn Mcgaw showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkadiusz Kossakowski in the 40th minute of the match. The supporters of BenRis FC booed when FTU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Lindström didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konrad Ekberg to make the kick off. BenRis FC's Carsyn Mcgaw played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Kossakowski in the 52nd minute of play. FTU's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Olov Örtlund in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Christoffer Lindström managed to get in a good position for a shot. FTU's supporters rose to their feet, but Christoffer Lindström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carsyn Mcgaw breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Christoffer Lindström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in BenRis FC's zone, Christian Svanström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carsyn Mcgaw came out of the goal and Christian Svanström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arkadiusz Kossakowski in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carsyn Mcgaw saved BenRis FC from getting behind. Carsyn Mcgaw showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoffer Lindström in the 71st minute of the match. Konrad Ekberg was extremely unlucky when he, in the 72nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Carsyn Mcgaw made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoffer Lindström in the 74th minute of play. After having played for 75 minutes, Cem Onursev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FTU's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cem Onursev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sigvard Löfgren got free with Michael Apelkvist in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carsyn Mcgaw made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arkadiusz Kossakowski in the 82nd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, FTU's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Ekberg came free, but Michael Apelkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90th play minutes Arkadiusz Kossakowski shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Carsyn Mcgaw and just under the crossbar into goal. BenRis FC's Carsyn Mcgaw played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Kossakowski in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched BenRis FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
