Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Fjugesta's Manfred Västerstrand started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Manfred Västerstrand struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Bengt Wallmark didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fjugesta. Bengt Wallmark came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Fjugesta's Kurt Mattsson. But to his dismay, Kurt Mattsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manfred Västerstrand got free with Bengt Wallmark in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Madagaskar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Manfred Västerstrand scored to the left of an out of position Bengt Wallmark, making the score, 2-0. The audience was convinced that Manfred Västerstrand's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bengt Wallmark was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Manfred Västerstrand in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bengt Wallmark, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bengt Wallmark came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Fjugesta's Kurt Mattsson. But to his dismay, Kurt Mattsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Manfred Västerstrand put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bengt Wallmark. Kurt Mattsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, FC Madagaskar's Bengt Wallmark got control of the ball when Manfred Västerstrand tried to sneak it across the goal line. Simon Odol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Bengt Wallmark made a huge save. Manfred Västerstrand's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bengt Wallmark firmly grabbed it by the left post. Bengt Wallmark was a little too slow when Kurt Mattsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 5-0. 39 minutes into the game, Fjugesta's Kurt Mattsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bengt Wallmark made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Bengt Wallmark made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Manfred Västerstrand sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 44 minutes, Simon Odol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fjugesta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Odol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the FC Madagaskar defense, Manfred Västerstrand kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bengt Wallmark. The FC Madagaskar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bengt Wallmark should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivar Liljeström made a kick off. Bengt Wallmark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Mattsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Bengt Wallmark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfred Västerstrand in the 53rd minute of the match. Bengt Wallmark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfred Västerstrand in the 54th minute of play. In the 57thth minute of the game Manfred Västerstrand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Madagaskar's Bengt Wallmark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Västerstrand in the 59th minute of play forced FC Madagaskar's goalkeeper Bengt Wallmark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Casper Mellberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manfred Västerstrand blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bengt Wallmark having to make a save. Casper Mellberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bengt Wallmark. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casper Mellberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Manfred Västerstrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Bengt Wallmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manfred Västerstrand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Simon Odol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bengt Wallmark. FC Madagaskar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simon Odol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Kurt Mattsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt Wallmark having to interfere. Bengt Wallmark didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manfred Västerstrand went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Västerstrand in the 84th minute of play forced FC Madagaskar's goalkeeper Bengt Wallmark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Madagaskar's zone, Casper Mellberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt Wallmark came out of the goal and Casper Mellberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87thth minute of the game Manfred Västerstrand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Madagaskar's Bengt Wallmark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bengt Wallmark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfred Västerstrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Fjugesta fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Fjugesta's Kurt Mattsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in FC Madagaskar's zone, Casper Mellberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt Wallmark came out of the goal and Casper Mellberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, FC Madagaskar's Ivar Liljeström got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Fjugesta players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
