All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Isaksson to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Madagaskar's goalkeeper Bengt Wallmark, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 54th play minutes Philip Stenberg shot 8-0, a short shot which went by Bengt Wallmark and just under the crossbar into goal. 57 minutes into the match, FC Madagaskar's goal looked a bit too open when Philip Stenberg came free, but Bengt Wallmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. One of FC Madagaskar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hortlax FC:s goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Isaksson in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bengt Wallmark prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Madagaskar's Bengt Wallmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Stenberg in the 89th minute of play. Bengt Wallmark stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Isaksson's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. If Philip Stenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Philip Stenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt Wallmark having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hortlax FC had played much better football throughout.
